Before becoming part of the St. Marks Wildlife Refuge, this area around Piney Island was best known for its plentify duck and water fowl hunting opportunities. Today it provides a safe haven for ducks and many other birds. This paddle provides a view of seagrass beds, sabal palms and many bird varieties Considerations: This trip is dependent on the tides but is not recommended for beginners. Price includes all equipment and gear needed to enjoy a safe day on the water, incluing kayak, paddle, life jacket, and whistle.
