Ochlockonee River - Wood Lake
Hidden within the thick pine forests of Apalachicola National Forest, is a small landing that provides easy access to the middle Ochlockonee River where serinity of the river meets the wildness of the forests.
Beginners are welcome but if your are really green, you may want to try a shorter paddle first. The only resting areas are only available with low water levels.
